Relative to other manufacturing environments, very easy going. Positive workplace and great relationships across all departments. Always many different things going on-never a dull day. Management is very involved and understanding. Extremely passionate co-workers. Good pay.
Cons
Nature of contract manufacturing could feel chaotic to those used to more consistent industries. Lots of moving parts so sometimes when you put effort into figuring something out, everything changes and it’s no longer needed.
