Pros

Company work culture is very nice
There is lot of transparency and the company encourages it . Encourages to learn new skills and implement on the products

Cons

Compensations are good but not up to the mark .

    Advice to Management

    Flexera will not be able to grow significantly until standards and processes are introduced. This means enforcement of a single system for managing code, managing the development plans, and having team leads that actually understand "agile methodology". In addition, there are areas that have too much micro-managing. Sales, product management and engineering are separate entities for a reason. When Engineering is allowed to ignore sales or product management, or when engineering practices are populated with "yes men", while it may be good for the senior manager, it is at the expense of the employees and, more importantly, the company as a whole.
