Good pay, great co-workers. Willingness to work with persoanl scheduling

Cons

growth limited to market. To really grow with the company you have to be willing to relocate

    Extremely complex business model.
    Global culture
    Relatively open access to senior leadership
    Rapidly changing environment

    Cons

    A lot of "old timers" who grow or maintain status based upon relationships and politics, not necessary reflected on the work they do or don't do
    Company is afraid to take major risks
    Large degree of silos
    Lack of direction from department leadership
    Very short on strategic vision

    Advice to Management

    Take more risks
    Don't forget to grow employees in non-low cost regions
    Cut the fat
    Tie bonuses to individual performance
