I worked at Flextronics as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

Flextronics provided a great culture and challenged me to succeed. They provided me with higher level work and allowed me to excel.

Cons

They are working with a very small margin so it was sometimes long hours to work with the budget with decent pay. The full time employees worked even longer hours as well.
