    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Fairly good pay for the work. Good opportunity to get into the wireless industry, Accurate and complete training, mid managment is high quality.

    Cons

Poor communication, unfair raises, unfair promotions, a lot of travelling for the pay, Relationship with the client is very hard to maintain and often biased, No company identity within RTS, upper management is biased and unorganized.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees as you would want to be treated. Have a genuine interest in your personnel. Pay should be more fair and accurate.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Pay is not bad. Ability to work away from the office.

    Cons

Politics. See a lot of people being hired as long as they are the same nationality of the hiring manager. Same for promotions. Seems like upper management doe not notice or does not care.

    Advice to Management

For the development side of the business, more patience is required. Seems like you talk about Design, but mostly are interested in the CM business. Do something to shut down the cronyism. One business unit shuts down, the CEO moves to another business unit and starts hiring the same people back from the unit that failed.
