      Pros

      The atmosphere and comradery in the office is like no other. Friendly and helpfull at every turn. All of the managers are willing to help when needed and the customer service that is given is one of the greatest I have seen and it is encouraged to help out the customer as much as possible. Great people, great customer service and great opportunities for learning. And getting every other Friday off is a great idea

      -control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
