WFH was the only positive about working here.
Cons
There are so many cons it is impossible to list them all. I will highlight the biggest ones here though: awful pay relative to market, horrible communication, absurdly expensive healthcare premiums, toxic culture, total incompetent leadership team, cheapest company I have ever worked, marketing department provides no leadership or strategy. There is tons of favoritism and unfair blame pushed around for not making goals.

Nice people that are a delight to work with. Paternity leave is pretty good. 4 weeks vacation after 5 years of employment. Great place to start right out of school.
Cons
Benefits are below industry standard. (4% 401k match, no stock options, mediocre medical, poor educational assistance). Pay is below industry standards for the area. There are no cost of living raises, only yearly performance reviews, which are typically ~3%. There are few opportunities for career advancement unless you are specifically pursuing management. Regarding career growth as a technical specialist, there are little to no opportunities for mentorship. Requires 3 days a week in office. CIO is pushing offshore hard - there may not be any 'in office' positions in a few years.
