Engineering team is wonderful to work with, great coworkers. Everyone helps each other learn and grow. Managers respect personal needs of their subordinates and can be fairly flexible. Great for an engineer who values work/life balance and personal time away from the office.
Cons
Not enough new and engaging projects to work on during the COVID era. Alot of work is existing product sustainment and a great need for funding to upgrade outdated measurement equipment. Pay rate seems lacking compared to other engineering companies in WA state.
