    Pros

A good career hiding place for has-beens from Danaher and beyond. Absence of industry knowledge is an asset. Lacking common sense appears to increase the odds of a promotion. Ask simplistic questions and agree with your boss: you will succeed.

    Cons

For 3 years the company has had no leadership. It relies on comical administrators that do pretend management using powerpoint, spreadsheets and quotes from books. Innovation is discouraged so engineers have to ride the trailing edge of technology. Productive people are targeted in layoffs. Morale is in the tank.

I have been working at Fluke Networks full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Anyone can feel smart working here, now. Danaher corporate process keeps lots of sins hidden. You get realy good at microsoft excel.

    Cons

If John Fluke were still alive he'd rip his name off the sign in disgust for whats become of his old company. Weak products. No leadership. Annual xmas layoffs. Managers who can't use the products. Employees that laugh at the managers. I am surprised the company has not been unionized.

    Advice to Management

Tear up the spreadsheets and learn the businesses.
