    Pros

Recognition and rewards tailored to performance. A huge work backlog presents many opportunities. Knowledge sharing software presents huge competitive advantage and networking opportunities.

    Cons

Big company has some disadvantages over working for smaller companies. For a huge company in many ways it still acts like a small company.

    Advice to Management

Limited flexibility to take on some work because it's too expensive to setup the project. Everything is gearded towards the massive projects. There needs to be a mechanism to take on smaller projects, when the situation dictates.
