I worked at Flywheel Sports part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun classes, this is a good job if you are a student/or need an extra job, nice team members, cool instructors, flexible schedule

    Cons

Worked without a manager on duty basically 90% of the time. Uniforms. Almost zero upward mobility unless you have a cool instagram account. They should pay facilities and coordinators at least $15/hr to avoid high turnover.

    Advice to Management

Don't have your coordinators train new supervisors, promote your coordinators. Coordinators have the best relationships with members and practically run the place.
