    I worked at Folli Follie part-time

    Pros

    You learn a different aspects of retail.
    How to open a shop properly, inventory, phone orders, clientele, etc. You learn the front of the house and back.

    Cons

    Corporate is very unorganized which causes the store to miss out on a lot of selling opportunity. They don't give product knowledge. Traffic is extremely slow due to the lack of advertising of the brand

    Advice to Management

    Value your employees and trust their opinion because they know what would be best for the store considering the fact that they are always there.

    I worked at Folli Follie full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Pay is okay if you don't mind making 800 every two weeks. Pay sick days as well as vacation time if your a full timer.

    Cons

    Rude and unprofessional store manager. Lack of moral within the company. Lack of Marketing as well quality in the product.

    Advice to Management

    Please do not rehire a manager whom, store closed down to mana he another store specially a new location. Properly train and create a welcoming environment for your employees. Most importantly invest in a better marketing team.
