    Pros

    - great coworkers that are super supportive and there for you any time you need them. - small driving radius for school visits. - a lot of food and snacks that come into the office. - great preparation for licensure. - 5 test prep days. - option for fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance. - office based visits for clients (not only field work). - mileage reimbursement

    Cons

    - pay is about average for the position, but they do tend to low ball new hires unless they’re in desperate need. - pay increase upon licensure is not automatic here, you have to meet certain criteria to be “recommended for” a raise. - your supervisor has to vouch for you to get a raise; it has to come from them, not you. - can have a lot of micro managing and feels punitive at times. - once you’re in bad... standing in their eyes, they’re less than likely to work with you or support you. - late nights are mandatory. - 95hrs monthly productivity/24hr documentation turn around expectation. - not enough holidays given/ time off. - if you take their summer leave option, it is unpaid. - hourly employees have the same turn around document expectations. - some management can be very hostile/aggressive in their interactions.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your workers more or have them work less. There is not a sustainable system in place which is why there is so much turn around. Within the last year how many people have moved on? There are reasons for that. Listen to all your workers. Many times things that are suggested or brought up are “taken up the ladder” but they never exact any change. If you’re going to offer summers off, and have signed off on a... workers salary for the year, they should not get penalized by losing pay for something you are offering them. At least pay them half their monthly salary!
