    Good Benefits, casual work attire

    Cons

    Worked mandatory overtime like no one's business with restricted dates for when we could take vacation due to holiday season demands. You were just a number at the end of the day.

    Advice to Management

    Take a chance on employees and allow them to advance. Saw too many good employees passed up for promotions and they left the company. Don't overwork your employees.
