-startup culture where you can speak into process improvements and have direct access to top levels of leadership -your voice always has a place and get to be heard -amazing benefits -the company really does put their employee's first and walks the talk when it comes to wellness and work/life balance
Cons
-remote only working can sometimes feel isolating, but Twic does a great job overcoming the isolation and creating moments to connect

Pros
I've never had harder working colleagues. The benefits are great (unlimited PTO, competitive salary, monthly Forma stipends). My direct manager is a true leader who has our team's back. We have a customer base with great logos.
Cons
Start-ups are hard. The work has become more complex since I started and we need better processes in place. Forma can exceed expectations in the industry if we align on priorities and put concrete processes in place.
