Pros
There isn't really a pro, all the pro's I can think of are also pro's at all other companies. Air points? For sitting in a plane hours and hours each week, because the company forces micro-swings and adhoc shift changes?
Cons
This company is actively discriminating based or immutable human traits. If you are a regular guy then be prepared to be passed over, under paid, and stuck with inferior colleges and leaders. Yet you will be the one doing the hard work. This is a company that puts it's public image and politics squarely first. Your health will suffer. Expect to be breathing dust in 13 hours a day. Understand that there is poor quality food and no chance to exercise it off. You will be sleep deprived. Your life expectancy will go down. Most people at this company are therefore just quoter hires and those who cannot get work elsewhere. All eventually suffer from learned helplessness.
