Pros

Some real pros working in leadership positions and in operations scattered across the company. My supervisor was exceptional and more than fair.

Cons

So many organizational changes resulted from blending 10+ acquisitions, the atmosphere could be chaotic, even more so with the market downturn and layoffs. Communication across the organization was sketchy and sporadic. This was especially so in engineering and support roles.

Advice to Management

Even in a difficult business environment, perhaps especially in a difficult environment, keep the troops posted on how we're doing, how the entire company is doing and what direction we're taking to improve results.

    Pros

The people I work with are very nice, we all get along and it's makes our job easier and more enjoyable

    Cons

Nobody knows if they are coming g or going, management can never agree, generally low morale in lower level roles, very little reward for continued hard work and ever growing pressures and work loads.

    Advice to Management

Stop looking out for oneself, think of your staff, their morale shouldn't be as low as it is.
