Pros

I was given opportunity from the managment previously as internal transfer to other dept. People have passion, and the core values is important. Great place to learn from one another. There is development training and good benefits in company. The culture is so good that I feel I belong like in a family.

Cons

There is alot of limitations and unclear instructions from my middle management. Leadership is exist but no real leader who lead and decide well. Company portfoilo expanded too fast. Changes are good but too frequent and occur fast. There is no follow-up for self-development evaluation. And I have retrenched due the company restructuring and cutting cost. No direction is given even for the handover and managment is in the mess.

Pros

-Diverse and inclusive -Free gym -My immediate team is great. They're supportive and really seem to care about our wellbeing and morale -Casual dress code

Cons

-It's retail, we're on a sinking ship and have been for the last decade with slow turnaround -Took away additional hybrid day despite no actual need to be in office (4x a week) in which we sit on video calls with remote teams -Compromise safety during severe weather despite area school closures -FREQUENT layoffs (have been 2x a year for the last several years) -Below average compensation (I've been told by previous management that it's lower by thousands of $$) -HR will say one thing in writing to avoid outrage then follow a completely different directive -Work life balance used to be more flexible since CEO takeover -Frequent promotions for senior leadership but few for those in the lower levels
