Pros

Join if you want to chill and get laid off later. Its more of a college culture than corporate. Good place for making reels if you’re are a content creator.

Cons

1) All senior leadership has either left or been laid off recently. 2) Atleast 30 percent of workforce is been laid off in Feb 2025 without any single day notice. It is irrespective of performance, knowledge etc. Check company financials before joining. 3) People come to do picnic in office, you will only be measured on how many team bonding activities you have performed over the year. 4) Team politics and favoritism is at its peak. Some women employees are often targeted. I hope I don't have to explicitly mention how. 5) IT director is not found at office. He only favours his bunch of people. 6) All US counterparts were laid off and there are talks that they will soon close the India operations and move to other south asian countries to minimise cost.

Pros

-Diverse and inclusive -Free gym -My immediate team is great. They're supportive and really seem to care about our wellbeing and morale -Casual dress code

Cons

-It's retail, we're on a sinking ship and have been for the last decade with slow turnaround -Took away additional hybrid day despite no actual need to be in office (4x a week) in which we sit on video calls with remote teams -Compromise safety during severe weather despite area school closures -FREQUENT layoffs (have been 2x a year for the last several years) -Below average compensation (I've been told by previous management that it's lower by thousands of $$) -HR will say one thing in writing to avoid outrage then follow a completely different directive -Work life balance used to be more flexible since CEO takeover -Frequent promotions for senior leadership but few for those in the lower levels
