      - after work with equally disgruntled colleages - throwing my headset, getting up and walk out on Sitel was one of the best feelings i have had in my life

      Constantly understaffed Stressed (due to understaffing) No good deeds goes unpunished Incompetent lower management Ruthless upper manegement Horrible HR Treats employee like trash

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
