Pros

Strong values, well run, pride of being part of the best hospitality team in the world. Empowerment to serve the guest as the moment requires. A culture based on the golden rule on a 360 degree basis. Clear path to advance your career. Always felt they cared for each employee as a person

Cons

From my experience there were no draw backs to working for this company. If your wired to serve guests then there is no better place to work

    I worked at Four Seasons part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great benefits, employee purchasing of hotel amenities and comp nights to all hotels. Pay is minimum but tips are very good.

    Cons

    Management is very focused on micro managing every little detail and never thankful for all the effort you put in. 10 minute breaks are never given.

    Advice to Management

    Stop trying to micro manage every detail from the way we stand, the way we walk or the way we do the job. Every employee has a special way of doing the job.
