    I worked at Foxconn

    Pros

Big company, good reputation. Good working relationship with the team members and immediate bosses. Plenty of time given to learn new stuff and group meeting helps in terms of learning from each other.

    Cons

Bad working environment, bad food, senior management not trustworthy, unfair bonuses, RD are not being treated with respect. Senior managements have a lot of internal power struggling. Bad compensation. The business is going down and not much new things to learn if stay there for too long. The company is situated in the middle of nowhere which is hard for employers to commute on a daily basis. Overall work environment...
