Fragomen Chicago Office has the best managers and co-workers. Every one around is helpful, warm and positive. There is always people to reach out to if you need help. They make you feel valued. When I started there was an entire week of Training and the Senior Associate personally helped me get through the process. No micro-management, they just let you know whatever is important and trust your judgement. Peace of Mind : The margin of error is very low, since each petition is reviewed multiple times. Even if you err, they are not blown out of proportion, rather treated as a learning experience, and they would help you rectify it. There is no stiff neck hierarchy and everyone is genuinely approachable. The volume of work is high but the team members are always around to help you in any possible way. Flexible hybrid schedule. Good PTO, Medical Benefits. It's an honor to be a part of Fragomen Chicago.
