I have been working at Frank Recruitment Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I have been working at Nigel Frank International for the past two and a half years. When I started at this organization, I had very little sales experience and absolutely no sales training. I was given an opportunity to work in an challenging environment, where I was rewarded for my hard work, and have fun in the process. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN OPPORTUNITY IN SALES, you should be prepared that this is not your... typical 9-5 job. There have been days where I have spent over 12 hours in the office, but that was my decision. Nigel Frank offers their employees an opportunity with unlimited potential. Once you prove yourself, management is very open to hearing your ideas and will support your growth, as long as they are in line with business objectives. I have seen many people leave the company which, keep in mind, is common in sales. Those who stay continue to strive for success and continuously grow in their careers.

    Cons

Nigel Frank is not a perfect organization, and you will never find a company that fits everything you are looking for. If you find a company that offers you an amazing environment, you will be giving up your earning potential and your time to move into leadership. If you want to be successful, you will put in the hours - this will hold true anywhere you go. You cannot join a company and expect the world from them... immediately after joining. If you are not happy, speak up. If you need advice, ask.

    Advice to Management

Anyone moving into a new role will need some time to adjust - it should be understood that this includes management. The job can be stressful at times, so try to keep it fun! In the meantime, my only advice is to make time to check in with new starters, because some may be afraid to speak up if they are unhappy. It can be as simple as asking, "How was your day?"
