        Pros

Decent salary, good health benefits, generous time off, and great culture!

        Cons

Can't compete with salaries at big tech companies. Tech departments haven't fully settled and are constantly changing.

          Pros

The culture and inclusivity of Fred Hutch is remarkable.

          Cons

Senior management and executive management are so far disconnected from the daily activities that go on within the Therapeutic Products Program. Employees raise their hand for help and are left to dry. Senior management is combative, disrespectful, and condescending and presents those qualities when working with external clients. Layoffs occurred within the department, but we were assured they wouldn't happen again. Two months later a facility was shut down.

        Underwriting Support Specialist

Underwriter 1 commercial line posted salary $45k-75k, I am aiming for at least 65k. No degree or designations, currently p&c licensed with 4 years of insurance. Is my goal too high? How should I go about negotiating my salary?

        Program Manager

Just heard that some companies are going to start paying people for their time if they are asking you to do a presentation or something! Does anyone think this will become a thing?

        Coordinator

I interviewed for a company that scheduled my meeting in a third party platform (team tailor), so i don’t have the recruiters email that I spoke with. How should i go about this, it’s been a week and I want to follow up?
