I have been working at FreeWheel full-time

    Pros

FreeWheel is made up of world class technologists and media minds trying to solve some very big and interesting problems. Benefits from backing of Comcast, but work environment feels more like a start-up. If you can keep up with them they will give you a lot of responsibility and opportunity.

    Cons

Due to fast changing industry, organization changes a lot too, you need to be able to thrive in that environment.

    Advice to Management

    You be you.

I have been working at FreeWheel full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Large Company. Looks fantastic on a revenue. Pay is average but perks are definitely better than start ups.

    Cons

Limited communication related to overall career path and growth. Senior management and heads of some departments seem to ignore employee requests related to career paths and fair compensation. Lots of people have left and are looking to leave.
