    The benefits are pretty good, but that's it

    Cons

    Pay, LONG hours constantly, kiss your family goodbye, because they own you.

    Advice to Management

    You say we're all family, but all you really do is work us to death and burn us out. Worst 6 years of my life

    Pros

    Good salary and benefits. Cafeteria and fitness center at headquarters are very convenient. Nice office and facilities in an easily accessible location.

    Cons

    The work can be very demanding. Hours can be long and stress levels sometimes run high due to unwavering event deadlines.

    Advice to Management

    Management is generally responsive and aware. Keep paying attention to details and doing as much as possible to keep the work/life scale balanced.
