Prententious and Lazy Culture

Meeting higher level bankers due to the small size of the company. There is very easy access to industry veterans.
Cons
The culture is incessant with pretentiousness. As a summer analyst I was almost always addressed in an extremely condescending tone. The full-time analysts rest a bit on the lazy side as well and don't seem to be focused on driving the company upwards or teaching the summer analysts anything. Was assigned loads and loads of busy work. (Including interviewing the next round of intern, a process in which I am extremely unqualified for).
