While some former employees have had negative experiences at Freeman, the current work environment, culture & deal flow is great. The lean deal teams allow for increased learning opportunities, professional development and access to senior bankers & clients.
Cons
As with any investment bank, hours are highly dependent on deals and can be quite demanding. Hours are significantly better than other banks, though.
