Pros

Nice people to work with. Long Christmas shut down & treats sometimes provided by the CEO's festival vans. Nice CEO's- although very busy/not that much contact. Family business & you do see them about the office- always friendly. Work is interesting- festivals, sporting events & work with some larger brands

Cons

Highest staff turnover of any business I've ever seen! It seems to be a joke around the business that no one stays long. Could be a great place to work but fails in this area.

Weekly pay. Work as many hours as you want. Respectful staff. They allow you to work with your friends

- absolutely nothing. I always enjoy working there.
