    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

time off generous, but other benefits are sub par

    Cons

Salary OK, but benefits are terrible, medical out of pocket rally impacts salary, no money for bonus or stock... feel a little mislead about the company, opportunities, benefits and companies financial well being

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

thinking....ok, they're pretty good about letting perople work from home and have flext time, at least in my group. My manager doesn't care when or where my work gets done as long as it gets done.

    Cons

Bureaucracy, politics, lack of praise for a job well done or even acknowledgement that the job was done. Little to no training available and you're expected to somehow magically know all that you're supposed to know.

    Advice to Management

Invest in training your people, even the contractors.
