    Pros

    1) Excellent work culture.
    2) Freedom when it comes to work hours.
    3) All stages/teams starting from from product definition to final release for Fab, exist.. and they exist in a single location.
    4) Opportunity to learn is very high, if interested.
    5) Reward structure (Gamification) of innovation is commendable.
    6) Switching teams internally is allowed and encouraged, helping gain experience in multiple domains.
    7) Many of the projects being worked on are state of the art, involving break-through IPs.

    Cons

    1) Many a times workload is too high, thus causing imbalance in work-life. This usually happens when the company takes too many projects in its pipeline.. and any attrition causes remaining employees to face the hit, since new recruits cannot immediately start working independently.

    2) Increasing attrition rates in very recent times.

    Advice to Management

Initiate policies directed to reduce attrition thus retaining talent. This is the need of the hour.
