    days off during the week

    Cons

    Understaffed and poorly trained for nurses. Nursing duties increase monthly and pulled in many directions. Management only covers themselves with little support or guidance with changes and questions or concerns.

    Advice to Management

    Please talk to nursing staff when reviewing clinical manager. Have trainers report feedback from clinics to upper management

    It's an interesting and fulfilling job at the patient's bedside.

    Cons

    no kudos, no opportunity for advancement, no education unless it's on your own, they don't properly orient nurses to facilities. Orientations are brief and you don't get all the information you need before they send you out on your own and expect you to know everything. Coworkers are not always supportive as in cleaning up behind themselves or restocking supply carts and there's no real push from management to change that.

    Advice to Management

    delegate more leadership in smaller areas so that managament isn't spread so thin that they cannot do their jobs effectively.
    I know that will never happen. My advice to FMCNA is to listen seriously to working class staff.
