Pay could be better for certain positions. New hires coming in making more then employees that have been there a while.

Money is good if you're a lazy person who doesn't actually do your job

They have no respect for employees. One manager actually said that we were just bodies. They will deliberately overwork the good employees while the lazy ones just get to chill. They have favorites that get away with whatever they want. They treat the weekend staff like lepers and raises are standard so everyone gets the same no matter what. And they have mandatory overtime whenever they feel like it but they don't tell you that when you're hired. They have opportunities for moving up but only the people that are in management's little cliche are chosen.
