Sales - Anonymous employee Fridge Freezer Direct Employee Review

Due to the fact that anybody is free to post here, anonymously - regardless of facts - I feel a response is necessary. I wouldn't normally entertain this type of attempted defamation on any stage, but I feel I should respond as this is a continued effort from one person (see negative review below from 2017) which, in my mind, is evidence of abuse and could potentially affect not only my livelihood but that of all who work at FFD. If anyone has a concern in this company as an employee (or otherwise), past, previous or present regarding finances, this is freely available information on Companies House. The finances, as a legal requirement, are there for all to see. We as a company have been in business online for 10+ years now. We have around 1000 positive customer reviews currently and at least two-thirds of our staff have worked here for over 5 years - some much longer. We have grown continuously in those years in terms of turnover, staff, customers and the general success of the company. The success of this business is, above all, down to the fantastic group of staff that we have had the pleasure of working alongside throughout the years. The friendly, inclusive atmosphere is clear to anybody who may walk through the door. Based on my comments, I would encourage anyone and everyone to make their own judgements on the management and anything else that has been brought in to question via this and another "review" I feel sorry for the person writing these negative comments.
