I worked at Frontage Laboratories full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Possible to get a lot of experience because they make promises to clients while lacking the resources and staff to fully deliver.

    Cons

Management spends most of its time running around putting out fires. You'll be told to work on this project that is two weeks over-due, causing your other projects to become over-due. Management has no interest in resolving this issue. Huge turn-over rate, as people get enough experience to get a job elsewhere. People lasting 6 months was impressive. Pay is lackluster, specially for the hours expected. Favoritism...

    Advice to Management

Grow up, learn to plan ahead. Stop playing favorites and arguing among yourselves. Provide employees the support - time, resources, equipment, etc. - they need to do a good job. Stop refusing to pay for regular maintenance and then have to pay extra to get things up and running when you realize you just promised something to a client you cannot deliver.

Business is growing fast and as such there's a lot of opportunity for promotion, and funds for technology as needed

    Cons

It is a multinational company, very much focused with their Chinese branch. If you have a hard time with accents it may be difficult to communicate effectively
