I have been working at Frontier Airlines full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Flight benefits, Free vision and dental insurance, lots of down time.

Cons

Management try hard to fire you. You only see your management when you've done something wrong.

Advice to Management

Management seems to only want to communicate with the ramp when it wants to point out problems. Most people out on the ramp feel like they are always being lied to by management.

    Pros

Frontier Airlines is the scrappy underdog in an industry full of giant competitors. It has to provide a better, different air travel experience to survive. The challenges never end and the individual can make a very big difference in an exciting industry.

In addition, the majority of the people working in the company are very friendly, supportive and understanding of the shared challenges (see cons).

    Cons

Resources are scarce. Staff is short. Information sharing between workgroups is lacking. Department mandates are overlapping but work uncoordinated. There is much room for improvement in working efficiently toward clear goals and putting best practices, from within the industry and without, to work.

    Pros

This company had all the right people working in the right areas, the amount of respect and dedication to work was over the top. We all did alot of hard work and yet had fun at doing it.This is a great company to work for at any, I mean any age!!!!!

    Cons

The pay was just below the norm, but you still had all the the benifits, lots of free flight passes. The medical was realy good for a company this size.

    Advice to Management

Keep and train the really great workers, along with promotions and "at a boys" will update managment thur the years to come.
