Pros

Lower Level Employees are Dedicated Professionals and Fantastic People that...

Cons

... are completely ignored by upper management. Upper Management lives in a world of it's own and don't understand how to run a business, how to run their business. This is what happens when you get a number of unqualified professionals turbo-charged to the higher ranks of a business. You end up with very intelligent, PhD holders who lack the skills of managing a business. Add to this a lack of humility to admit their mistakes and you have the perfect storm of a failing company.

Thanks for your review. We have an incredibly impressive track record and our management team have, in a very short period of time, led us to become one of the world's largest and most impactful academic publishers. We are growing again in 2025 and look forward to what the future holds.
