    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Frost & Sullivan full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Researcher are initially given a lot of independence. There is a lot to learn from experienced industry analysts. The primary research allows for some great networking.

    Cons

A lot depends on the project menagers. Some are very helpful but most of them not so much. There can be too little or too supervision throughout until the final version of the report is submited. Publishing the reports is painstakingly slow and the process is complex. There is now or patchy training on site.

    Advice to Management

More transparant and unifrom guidlines for reports writing. New hires and junior analyst sould get more attention and help.
