I have been working at Frost & Sullivan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A few decent co-workers. Any talent leaves within a few months- they are unable to retain talent, decent employees.

    Cons

As a survivor who has made it out of this absolute nightmare I beg that you take my advice and look elsewhere for employment, anyplace is better than here.

HUGE EGOS! Any new ideas are laughed at and you’re told what to do with little or no room for innovation or improvement. This place is a black hole! Do NOT work here.

The organization needs to be re-engineered in order to stay relevant. They do not allow the younger generations and rising stars to have a voice and shape the company's future. This company needs to stop having closed door conversations with the same people, old ideas lead to poor solutions.

    Advice to Management

Below poor leadership. Very toxic environment!

Commit to change and innovation as leading companies do today. Address unethical and unprofessional behavior diligently. There are some real bullies at the top getting away with actions that are unacceptable. Hire professionals that people will respect and look up to. Thoughtful and sharp leadership is urgently needed.
