*Company cares more about how many calls you make vs. how much $$$ you bring in
*Benefits are awful
*Company will not make any investment in you until you have proven yourself.
*Salary is ridiculously low
*Quota is unobtainable unless you've been there for many years where you can make $$$ on renewals
*CRM System is a joke

*Not a place for a career
*Leads are few and far between
*Much of the internet is blocked including companies to research
*Equipment is old and outdated
*No laptop given
*No cell phone
*Don't let the position title fool you-It's a tele-sales job

    Pros

Research topics are interesting as the company covers many industries
Colleagues can be very fun and lively

    Cons

Very poor compensation. Often hav eto borrow money to stay afloat.
Only jerks are promoted. This is the classic case when the nice gal/guy never wins
Management is very poor and the sole interest is padding their own pockets
Politics over performance. The pettier the politics the better
    Abusive environment
Immigrants are used and abused with the eluring promise of a Green Card

    Advice to Management

Please take your blinders off and get real. You are exploiting your employees and in complete denial. Nobody has come out unscathed in the corridors of Frost & Sullivan. Of all the companies I have worked for in my 18 years. I have never seen such poor and self-centered management. While you build your mansions and take exotic vacation, the workers are treated with no respect and no pay. Immigrants are taken advantage of. Avaricious and self-serving team of partners- the fat boys network.
