I worked at Fujitsu full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Good health benefits, okay place to work if on a long-term project.

Cons

Poor management, most of them don't have any hands-on background in the areas they manage. Lack of coordination and vision among top management.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, most of them are very unhappy with the company. Many of them stay because they are on a non-transferable visa and have no place to go.

I have been working at Fujitsu full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

good product, some loyal customers remain

    Cons

sales compete and are pitted against each other, We gight daily for the compensation that we have earned. We discontinue product in the middle of a rollout. Cancel products, promo's, and positions due to change in budget

    Advice to Management

tell the truth about Tony Doye and why he quit (?) this week. We all know what he did. get rid of current product management, we are not a leader, by any means anymore. We generate no business leads and are known better by the blimp and film company than by our computers

I worked at Fujitsu full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Decent salary
Good work life balance; no evenings or weekends required
Management tries to motivate employees with extra perks occasionally

    Cons

Very clique-ish, if you are not in, you are out
Low level of maturity among leaders, lots of gossip
It's a monarchy, everything must be approved by the king!
Great products but if the roadmap falters at all then the business will turn downwards quickly

    Advice to Management

Grow up, you are not running a small, family-owned business
