      I’ve never had a job where I felt so passionately about what the company stands for: sustainable, organic agriculture, fair labor practices, and pride in the quality of their work. It’s like no sales job I’ve ever had.

      Cons

      They only offer commissions on the initial signup. Working weekends

      Pros

      Free food, great way to build skills, get to work cool events around Seattle and explore the Seattle metro doing outside sales.

      Cons

      It took me 3-4 months to start hitting bigger commissions but the weight was worth it.

      Pros

      Can earn good money while doing good work in your community. Fun team environment. Training and strong leadership!

      Cons

      Not for the faint of heart. You gotta love working with people and sometimes people can be rude. Lots of resources but this isn't a "hand-holding" job where you can just show up without putting in effort each day.
