      Pros

      - Work from home setup - Decent HMO, available Day 1 and up to 3 dependents - Performance-based appraisals (annual) - Responsive HR/support members with plenty of engagement and activities - Free snacks and drinks if you work onsite

      Cons

      - Some equipment are rather old, not all are as top-notch - Leave credits/PTO system could be better, 10 for less employees under 1 year - Performance monitoring and evaluation tool might need a revamp - Landing a client is crucial, can be a hit and miss - Experience-heavy requirement, difficult for entry and junior level unless you are "exceptional"

      Full Scale cares about their employees. They especially went above and beyond during COVID and the typhoon.

      Great work environment, feel heard by management, get rewarded and recognized for hard work, always moving forward - striving to be better

      Processes could always be better, but that's the case anywhere, especially younger companies
