    Pros

Fullscreen's goals are ambitious across the board, and the company from the CEO on down strives to do the right things for the audience, our clients and employees consistently. It's a very young company that has experienced explosive growth both organically and by acquisition and while growing / merging pains do occurr, there is also opportunity across the entire company.
    Talented people in every division.
Strategic partnerships and willing to invest in employees and products to win.
For the most part, employees are given a lot of flexibility and freedom to own their job as long as they are communicating and producing results.

    Cons

The merging of hard charging, once separate companies will take time to mold into one single organization.

    Advice to Management

Continue down the path of one Fullscreen and to communicate as much as possible to the entire company. Continue making great content and placing big bets!
