    Pros

-Great benefits for both P/T employees and F/T employees. The company is definitely headed in the right direction.

    Cons

-When trying to move up within the company, a lot is about who you know. If you are at a more remote branch where you don't interact with other employees in different departments it is more difficult.
    -Technology could be better/more advanced.

    Advice to Management

    Better training of management

I worked at Fulton Bank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good hours, paid holidays, paid vacation, paid sick days, Christmas bonus, credit card promotions can give you good rewards if you can sell well, good pay for only needing HS diploma, less harsh sales goals than other banks

    Cons

Being part time you have to work majority of Saturdays if not every one, if upper management likes you where you are it's nearly impossible for promotion, customers aren't always the friendliest when "lose their money" only to find they spent it the night before

    Advice to Management

Embrace growing with your employees and put more focus on their growth and they'll focus more on the banks growth.
