Pros

You have quick promotion opportunities to store management, however that doesn't mean pay increase, it might even be a decrease.

Cons

Long hours, possible months without days off, poor marketing in certain regions, high turnover, expectations to move within a week.

Advice to Management

Take care of your employees as if they were your own, because they are. Too many people working months straight of 13 hour days.
