Pros

Their brands cover a wide range of products. Lots of tax write-offs.
The employees are good, hard-working people with diverse interests and talents.

Cons

There is little to no mentoring or career growth. Maybe even the opposite. I have yet to meet a manager that actually takes the time to learn the strengths of the staff.
The office is located in the middle of nowhere. You have to drive to food or hope there is a good food truck nearby. If you have to drive south to food, you must first drive about a mile north, then backtrack that same mile south before starting your southbound journey.

Advice to Management

Get curious about your staff's potential.

    Pros

They're still paying the electric bill.... so the lights and heat are still on.

John Marcom is no longer the CEO so that should be updated. He was better than the current person.

    Cons

Everything. The executive has no direction. I've seen and heard management talk badly about each other because it's cut throat and not real leaders. The current president is Rachelle Considine and she's awful as far as a leader goes. She might be good at Sales but NOT the rest of the business.

We've been focused on 'digital' efforts for over a year with no deals in sight. print is dying and so is future.

It's sad that people spend a majority of their time updating their resume and going to interviews. I can't help but wonder if the company really worked if they'd be somewhat successful.

    Advice to Management

I'd give negative stars if I could for Career Opportunities, Senior Management, and Culture & Values below.
I wouldn't even recommend Future to an enemy.

    Pros

There's a new president and she seems to care about the company, in contrast to the previous executive. (Thumbs down below is based on previous press, this site needs updating)

    Cons

The company has contracted to a painfully small size, it's unclear how growth will be possible without changing location.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your creatives more than your salespeople.
