Pros

Absolutely none. Not a good work environment or culture. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Cons

Very toxic and liberal work environment. Many red flags with this company. While going through the interview process, the interviewer was barefoot with his feet on the desk. Received no training, was only given online Amazon classes for self training. Other employees are extremely rude to new employees and do not give any help to you whatsoever because “it’s not their job to train people” but are very quick to throw you under the bus any chance they get. Was locked out of the office multiple times while on lunch break with other employees inside. You are forced to sign a non compete when you start. You are put on “probation” when you start so one mistake and you’re gone. Owner is extremely absent and has employees working on his own personal Amazon store rather than the clients Amazon store who are paying to have work done. Owner and upper management does not care about employees. Lied to about benefits. The office is dirty and gross and no one has a work space. Employee just find space where they can to work. Would not wish working here on my worst enemy.

Pros

Remote (phased out) Provides equipment If you’re an employee referral you’ll get hired (I know because my friend recommended me)

Cons

• Lack of a dedicated HR department, leading to limited employee support and unclear reporting structures. • No formal management training or systems in place to ensure consistent and professional leadership. • High workload expectations, with employees often managing 10-20 accounts simultaneously. • Leadership frequently takes extended “working” vacations abroad, causing delays in decision-making and support. • Hiring practices rely heavily on referrals, limiting diversity and opportunities for external talent. • A “boys’ club” atmosphere that can feel exclusionary and affect team dynamics. • Political discussions in the workplace create discomfort and detract from a professional environment. • Overall lack of professionalism and structure contributes to an inconsistent work culture.
