      Pros

      The company is a growing company.

      Cons

      Is not properly managed. Either they fire people or people just leave after a few days or months of experiencing how the company works. The amount of workload one will get is for 3 people, and the pay is not worth it. Management is very toxic, talking about the VP and the chief of staff. Does now know how the company works and the ins and outs. The company was doing great whilst the VP was not in the picture yet. The great employees started leaving when the VP came.

      Company thrives on Core Values and delivering the GC Experience which provides consistent growth opportunities for internal team members!

      Not a "con" but having a conistent work flow is a must to stay on top of the day to day.

      None. Literally zero. Unless you like being taken advantage of. If I could give zero stars, I would.

      The entire company. If I could give zero stars, I would. You get baited and hooked as a property owner. They nickel & dime you for everything. They make sure to make sure all work orders are under $500 because once it hits $500 they need your approval. They are literally the worst company I have ever dealt with & I am a Realtor. They are great salespeople, thats what they do, sales! They will make you feel so wonderful and welcome but the truth is, all they care about is making money for themselves. They have cost me so much money in just 2.5 months of them "managing" my property. I cannot wait to get my property back from them, they are truly the worst!
